FAQ
Can I get the badge just by paying?
No. Paying unlocks the features immediately, but the public Gallery/Agency badge is granted by an admin after a short review — so a badge always means a verified business.
What's the difference between Artist Pro and Gallery/Agency?
Artist Pro is for advertisers (cheaper hero weeks + a free promo). Gallery and Agency are professional account types with their own métier features and a verified badge. They're independent — and combining them stacks the perks.
Do I get the promo discount with Gallery or Agency?
The 0.02 Ξ promo discount comes from Artist Pro. If you hold Artist Pro AND a Gallery/Agency membership, you keep that discount on top of your professional tools. A professional membership on its own doesn't discount promos.
Monthly or yearly?
Both. Yearly bills 10 months (2 months free). It's month-to-month either way — cancel anytime.
What if my application is rejected?
Your features stay active for what you paid, but the badge isn't granted. An admin can leave a note explaining why.
